Shipping Policy

Kill Ums Jig Co typically processes and fulfills orders within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Product Availability and Fulfillment

Most products are shipped directly from our inventory. Some marine electronics and accessories may not be available at our shop when an order is placed. These products may be fulfilled and shipped directly to the customer by an authorized wholesale distributor.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees when we divide an order into multiple shipments.

Shipping Rates

Orders with a subtotal of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The $100 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

For orders under $100, available shipping methods and their costs will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout, the destination, product availability, and the shipping carrier. The delivery estimate begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after a shipping label is created.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.
