Shipping Your Trade-In
Please securely package your electronics and include all necessary accessories:
- Screen Covers
- Mounts/Brackets
- Power Cables
- Network Cables
- Any Included Components
Include your:
- Name
- Contact Information
- Agreed Trade-In Value
Once a trade is finalized you will ship it to our shop location
Inspection & Processing
Once received, your electronics will be tested and inspected. Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for testing
- 3–8 business days for store credit processing
Trade-in value may be issued as:
- Store Credit
- Credit Toward New Purchase
Trade-In Requirements
- Units must be in excellent working condition
- No major screen defects
- No cut/damaged cables
- No water damage
- No major cosmetic damage
Items received not matching the described condition may receive an adjusted trade-in value.
Additional Information
- Trade-in quotes are valid for 20 days
- Accepted items may vary depending on current inventory and market demand
- Kill Um’s Jig Co. reserves the right to refuse any trade-in item
